You see the full network immediately after checkout, so you can judge what you bought before you use any of it.
The 48-hour window
Every domain and every metric is revealed the moment your payment goes through. If the network is not what you expected, you have 48 hours from purchase to request a full refund.
The window closes once you submit your first placement. Submitting a placement is how you accept the network.
How to request one
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, within the 48-hour window. No questions and no conditions. The refund returns to your original payment method.
Rejected placements
If we reject a placement because it does not fit the host site, or because it falls into a category we do not accept, the credit returns to your account in full. Credits do not expire.
Replacements instead of refunds
After the 48-hour window, a link that goes down, loses its dofollow attribute or sits on a deindexed page is replaced on an equivalent site free of charge. Replacement is the remedy for a placement that stops working, for the full retention period of your package.
